In the unlikely event that you're not happy with your item, I gladly accept returns when buyers:
· contact me within: 14 days of delivery
· dispatch items back to me within: 14 days of delivery.
I also accept exchanges or cancellations - please contact me if you have problems with your order.
However, please note that I cannot accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons or custom/personalised orders due to the nature of these items. Unless of course, they arrive to you damaged or defective. In this instance I ask that you please send a photograph of the damage/issue to me with your refund request.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value to the item.
Return address is available when you contact me with your return request.
Additional policy details
· Please note that colours may vary between monitors and screens - photos are as accurate as possible but every screen displays colour slightly differently, so we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
· Orders above the value of £20 will be sent Royal Mail tracked/Signed. In the unfortunate event that your parcel is undelivered/lost, I will take responsibility for chasing this up with Royal Mail and/or replace the item for you.
